bevfeldkamp: I have taught social studies at Valley Lutheran for the past 35 years, the last ten of which have featured a required Global Issues course examining world events. My travels to Haiti, South Korea, Eek, Alaska, and Ghana have broadened my world view and that is what I hope for my students. This blog is intended for the Global Issues students at Valley Lutheran High School but all are invited to participate in discussion. The greater variety of participants, the better the discussion and student growth.
